Self Contained Domestic Oil Tanks (ULC S602)
Self Contained or Self Dyked domestic tanks consist of a domestic tank housed inside a rectangular dyke that can hold 110% of the capacity of the primary tank. It is manufactured in sizes ranging up to 1200L and has a useable lifetime of 50 years.
 
Standard Characteristics
  • Steel ASTM A-1011
  • 12 gauge / 2.5mm tank
  • pressure tested to 5 PSI, air and soap test
  • threaded fittings for fill, vent, gauge and supply
  • external finish: sandblasted , epoxy primed, with a polyurethane topcoat to customer color choice
  • containment to hold 110% capacity for leak protection
  • inspection port in closed containment
  • open containment available for inside use only
