Our Thermal Spray Coating equipment is a coating process where metal is sprayed onto a metal surface. This coating system provides protection against high temperatures, corrosion, erosion and wear. We are capable of spraying aluminum or zinc coatings.

Thermal spray is when 2 consumable metal wires are fed independently into a spray gun. Thse wires are charged, and an arc is generated between hem. The heat from the arc melts the incoming wire being fed into the spray gun, which is then entrained with airjet from the gun. This molten feedstock is then deposited onto a surface.

This process is commonly used for metallic, heavy coatings. It is often a requirement of offshore coating specifications, or in any environment where traditional paint coatings may not be protection enough.
